12 years of teaching, 3 years of using AI every day

Mình học Khoa học Máy tính rồi rẽ sang đào tạo. Mình từng là giảng viên kỹ năng ở FPT Telecom, chuyên gia L&D ở EWAY, Trưởng phòng Đào tạo và Phát triển ở HSM. Hiện mình là co-founder, Training Director của Edube Việt Nam và đồng sáng lập cộng đồng Vietnam Learning Design Group hơn 12.000 thành viên.

Từ 2023, mình dùng AI cho hầu hết công việc: thiết kế bài giảng, làm học liệu, xây sản phẩm số. Web và ứng dụng của Edube đều do mình tự làm bằng AI. Nên khi dạy, mình dạy từ việc đã làm, và biết người mới hay vấp ở đâu.

I studied Computer Science, then moved into training: soft-skills trainer at FPT Telecom, L&D specialist at EWAY, Head of Training & Development at HSM. Today I am co-founder and Training Director of Edube Vietnam and co-founder of the Vietnam Learning Design Group, a community of 12,000+ members.

Since 2023 I have used AI for most of my work: lesson design, learning materials, digital products. I built Edube's websites and apps myself with AI. So I teach from what I have done, and I know where beginners get stuck.
